The purpose of the Classroom Support Fund is to support and enhance the educational experience of students in the Fort Calhoun Community Schools.

The Scholarship/Grant committee encourages applications for grants that will foster creativity in learning & provide innovative ways to engage students. Grant funds can be utilized to purchase technology for students or teachers, innovative learning tools, STEAM activities, program curriculum, educational resources, learning toys and games, or other hands-on learning supplies or equipment.

Teachers may apply for grants for their classrooms using the online application or by obtaining a paper application at one of the building offices. Grant applications should be filed two weeks prior to the Foundation’s quarterly meetings. The Scholarship/Grant committee will evaluate each grant request and make awards based upon the quality of the grant criteria and the amount of funds requested.
